Why Study Music Production?
World-class music producers are made at BIMM University Berlin. We’ve had the likes of Josh Harrison (sound engineer at Brighton Electric Studio), Oli Morgan (mastering engineer at Abbey Road Studios), Oli Baldwin (sound engineer for PJ Harvey and Beth Orton) and Adam Kloc (film and TV composer) walk through our doors and out into the music industry.
If we mention names like George Martin and The Beatles, Steve Albini and Pixies and Rick Rubin and the Beastie Boys, the impact a Music Producer can have on an artist’s sound and career becomes obvious. And sometimes, the line between artist and producer becomes blurred itself, with many artists creating and producing their own records.
By choosing to study our BA (Hons) Music Production course, we’ll ensure you have all the skills, tools and experience needed to succeed in the music industry.
